What is the best Star Trek RPG game for the PC?

I am looking to play a good Star Trek game for the PC.

The problem is, some games are rubbish, or full of bugs or won’t run on current OS without problems etc…

I am looking for a game where you can command a ship, go on missions etc

Anyone got any good suggestions?
